COVID-19 Autumn Booster Vaccinations – Starting 1st October 2025

Our surgery will begin offering COVID-19 Autumn booster vaccinations from 1st October 2025.

We will contact you directly if you are eligible.

Eligibility Criteria:

• People aged 75 years and over

• Residents in care homes for older adults

• Individuals aged 6 months and over with a weakened immune system

• Eligible housebound patients will be contacted by the surgery
