Our Opening Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:30pm we are closed weekends and all bank holidays.
Making Appointments
You can conveniently request a GP appointments online using our appointment form. The forms are available Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM excluding bank holidays. Simply visit our website Appointments - Dapdune House Surgery and fill out the online form. After you have submitted the form we will come back to you with a response the same day. If you need any support in completing the form our trained receptionists will be happy to help you.

Repeat Medication Requests:
If you are currently taking any regular medication, please contact us to ensure it is added to your records and made available for repeat prescriptions. This step is important to help us provide you with safe and continuous care. Repeat medication from your previous surgery will not automatically transfer to us.

Register for the NHS App and NHS Website
For ease of access to your medical records and repeat prescriptions we encourage you to register for the NHS App or use the NHS website. These platforms offer many benefits including:

- Requesting a GP appointment
